We guarantee that all materials used at Niveus Designs are of the absolute highest quality and genuineness. Our cashmere materials are sourced directly from Inner Mongolia. All cashmere materials are 100% pure.
Size & Fit
Sizes shown are UK sizes. Please refer to the sizing guide for a correct fit and conversion between different systems.
All our regular-sized items are made according to standard sizes. Bespoke items are made with your exact measurements.
Shipping
Postage and Packaging fee is £20 to anywhere in the world.
Return Policy
All standard sized items may be returned subject to condition and handling charges. Returned items must be received 2 weeks after delivery. Bespoke items may be altered free of charge but may not be returned.
Other materials
We only offer 100% cashmere fabrics at the moment, but more varieties of cashmere would be added in the future.
Gift Wrapping
All items are delivered in their own unique coat covers and presented in a gift boxed state.
Delivery Time
All our coats are tailor-made, and would therefore take a reasonable amount of time to complete. Regular sizes would take around 3 weeks, and bespoke would take up to 5 weeks to complete.
